FAQ

Ordering & Purchase Orders

Do you take Purchase Orders? Can you become an approved vendor at our district?

Yes, and yes! Choose "Purchase Order" at checkout to place your order with no credit card — we'll confirm it and send an invoice matching your school's payment terms. We're happy to work with your site or district and comply with all requirements. See our Schools & Districts page for details.

Can I get a quote to route for approval first?

Absolutely. Request a quote and we'll send a complete quote for your school — itemized, with taxes calculated — ready to share with your district buyer or accountant for approval. Once approved, we ship to your school or district, and you can pay with a check or credit card once the order is received.

Can you send a W-9 or other vendor paperwork?

Yes — W-9s, insurance info, and more, usually within 1–2 business days. Include your school/district name, your role, what you need, and any vendor ID.

Will Mascot Tape stick to cement or brick?

If you're using blue painter's tape there now, Mascot Tape will work there too. If painter's tape doesn't stick to a surface on your campus, Mascot Tape won't be helpful there either.

Why don't my posters stay up with blue tape?

Most painter's tape is designed to release quickly from painted surfaces — great for painting projects, not for hanging posters. Tape "donuts" behind a poster or tape only on the corners leave a gap between poster and wall. Air movement gets behind it, gravity helps, and your poster falls.

A better solution? Don't hide the tape — use it! Frame your poster with a clean tape border in a complementary color. It looks polished and secures the edges flat against the wall.

Better display. Better hold. No surprise crashes.

Don't see your school's color?
