Option 2: Purchase Order (PO) — No Credit Card Needed

No extra forms or approvals needed to get started:

  1. Shop like usual — add items to your cart.
  2. At checkout, choose "Purchase Order" as your payment option — you'll complete the order request with no credit card payment.

We'll review everything fast, confirm your order, and send an invoice that matches your school's payment terms. Your shipment is held until your PO is approved — simple and fully compliant.

How It Works: Quotes & Approvals

Need sign-off before you can order? Here's the whole process:

  1. Request a quote. Use the form below (or the quote button on any product page) and tell us what your school needs. We'll send back a complete quote — itemized, with taxes calculated — usually within 1–2 business days.
  2. Share it for approval. Hand the quote to your district buyer or accountant. It has everything they need to approve the purchase.
  3. We ship. Once you're approved, we ship straight to your school or district.
  4. Pay when it arrives. Pay with a check or credit card once the order is received. That's it.

Need a W-9 or Other Vendor Paperwork?

If your school or district needs an updated W-9, insurance info, or anything else (especially for a new department, site, or different district), just tell us. Use the contact form and include:

  • School or district name
  • Your name and role
  • What paperwork you need
  • Any vendor ID or reference number

We'll email it to you quickly — usually within 1–2 business days.
